Park Rental Process & Rules

When placing an order for the park please make sure the following has been done:

Contact with the city or county park and recreation.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the desired park allows inflatables. Some parks also require a reservation of designated space that allows inflatables.
Make sure Jolly Bouncers is on the list of approved vendors.
Make sure you receive the park rules and regulations. Some parks do not allow certain size inflatables. It is the customers responsibility to abide by these rules when booking.
Obtain a permit if required by the park. If an order is placed & delivered without a required permit and the party gets shut down by park rangers, there is no refund. The ONLY city that requires Jolly Bouncers to obtain customers permit is the City of Ventura. A $25 permit fee will be added to the order once placed.

Placing your order:

Select your desired bouncer/item add it to the cart.
When selecting your party date and time, please make sure you put your correct start time and end time. Jolly Bouncers will schedule your delivery and pick up time. We will provide a 1-hour delivery window, 1 hour before the party starts. Per our policy, if a party starts at 12pm, delivery will be 10am-11am. Pick up times are 1 hour window starting at the given end time. Please note: Park orders are for party times that are 4 hours or less.
Once the items are select, a generator must be added to the order. We do not service parks unless a generator is ordered. When choosing generators, 1 Unit requires a single circuit generator $85, 2 Units require a double circuit generator $115, 3 Units requires the Large 3 blower generator $170. If we receive a park order without a generator, we will add one for you. If the wrong generator is chosen, we will update it and notify you. Customers are not allowed to use personal generators.
